You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Requirements:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration cannot be refunded.
• For health and safety reasons, supplement products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken and the packaging is intact.
• Final-sale items, where designated, are not eligible for return.

3. Bundle & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased as part of a multi-piece bundle or promotion follow the same 30-day unused-return policy. If only part of a bundle is returned, the remaining items will be repriced at their standard rate, and the difference deducted from the refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Standard return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or shipped in error, in which case we cover the return label.

Please do not send any returns before contacting our support team. Unannounced returns may not be processed.
